Techniques to overcome stress
- Change negative thoughts: If you are in traffic, think "the next time I’ll go with more time."
Use more positive thoughts, "What can happen if I reach my destination 15 minutes later?".
Use distraction as a technique to avoid negative thoughts, for example, enjoy the scenery while driving.
Breathe deeply through your nose exhaling through your mouth.
